Tell us who is moving before they book! You can either submit their details through our quick online Referral Form, or simply CC us on an introductory email.

Once the move is complete and paid, decide whether you want to keep the referral commission or apply it as a discount to your referral’s final bill.

If you choose the cash commission, your payout will be sent directly to you within 30 days of the move’s completion. There is no limit to how much you can earn!

Terms & Conditions of Our Referral Program
To ensure a fair and seamless experience for everyone, please review the rules of our referral program.
1. Eligibility & Submission Rules
Who Can Refer: The program is open to anyone – past clients, real estate professionals, and community members. You do not need to be a past customer to participate.
Prior Submission Required: All referrals must be submitted via our online form or an introductory email (CC’ing our official team address) prior to the referred party booking their move.
No Retroactive Referrals: We cannot honor referral claims made after the referred party’s move date, or after they have already placed a deposit to secure their booking.
2. Exclusions & Program Integrity
New Leads Only: The referred client must be a brand-new contact. If the referred individual is already in our system, has previously requested a quote, or has used our services in the past, the referral is not eligible for a reward.
Household Restriction: You cannot refer someone moving as part of your own household (e.g., a spouse or roommate). The referrer and the referred client cannot share the same origin or destination address.
Right to Review: We reserve the right to review, disqualify, or withhold rewards for any referral that we suspect violates the spirit of the program, involves fraudulent activity, or attempts to manipulate the reward system.
3. Commission & Reward Structure
Referral rewards are calculated based on the final, total paid invoice of the completed move.
- Local Moves (NY/NJ): 10% reward on the total paid invoice.
- Long-Distance Moves (Outside NY/NJ): 5% reward on the total paid invoice.
Note: There is no cap on the number of referrals you can submit or the amount you can earn.
4. Payout Conditions
Completed Moves Only: The referral reward is only generated upon a 100% completed and fully paid move. If the referred party cancels, does not book, or fails to pay their invoice, no reward is earned.
Timeline: Cash referral payouts are processed and issued within thirty (30) days from the actual completion date of the move. If you choose to gift the reward as a discount, it will be applied directly to the referral’s final bill.
Payment Method: Cash payouts will be issued via certified bank check mailed to the address provided on your submission form.
Discount Option: If you choose to gift the reward to your client as a discount, the exact amount will be deducted directly from your referral’s final moving invoice.
